Conditions and restrictions for the use of the membership Il Padrino Restaurant

  • By acquiring the membership, the client authorizes the Administration of iL Padrino Restaurants, to send promotional information, to the email address provided by the client and through the so-called "push messages".
  • The information provided by the client is and will be confidential and will be treated by il padrino and its contractors in accordance with current legislation.
  • The client will "always" have the power to UNSCRIBE from the membership, whenever they wish.
  • The Annual Membership plans will be the following:
    • Silver: 10% discount at NO cost, you can enjoy it just by downloading the application and registering.
    • Gold: 40% discount, annual cost $150 i.i. (American dollars)
    • Membresía Rubi: 40% discount, annual cost $75 i.i. (American dollars)

    The annual cost considers twelve (12) months of validity from the day of purchase of the membership.

  • The membership is valid from Monday to Sunday, according to the plan purchased by the client.
  • In order to make the benefits effective, for ALL membership levels, it is essential to download the IL PADRINO application in the GOOGLEPLAY, APPSTORE or APPGALERY virtual stores, or from our website ilpadrinocr.com/membresias-ilpadrino/, when registering in it, they will be assigned a QR code that from now on they must MANDATORY present at each visit, to the waiters of il padrino restaurants.
  • The benefits granted by the membership will be applied during the usual hours of the restaurants and with the restrictions indicated in this document, as follows:Silver Memberships:

TheGOLDmembership can be acquired through the payment platform of the application with credit or debit cards of ALL FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS and the restaurant account can be canceled with credit or debit cards from ALL FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.Membresía Rubi:

    With the exceptions and restrictions indicated in this document. The  Rubimembership can be acquired through the payment platform of the application ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY with credit or debit cards of the financial institution f CREDOMATIC, in addition, the restaurant account can be canceled only and exclusively with credit or debit cards from the financial institution BAC CREDOMATIC.

  • Membership Benefits are for personal, non-corporate use, and as such, may NOT be transferred, loaned or assigned. Only registrations of natural persons will be accepted and registration of legal entities will not be permitted.
  • The iL Padrino Restaurant Administration will be authorized to request the client to present their identity card in good condition and current, as part of the validation required for the application of the benefits to the membership holder.
  • For the application of the benefits, it is essential that the client give notice to our staff that he will use his membership, and that such notice is communicated "before requesting his account", otherwise, without that prior notice, the discount could NOT be applied.
  • The application of membership benefits applies ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY for table service; It does NOT apply for lunch menu, brunch menu ,express service,others offers, takeaway or purchases through digital platforms: (ubereats, didi food, orders now, among others)
  • The account for food and beverage consumption at Il Padrino restaurants can be paid individually or in installments, in addition to being able to be paid by any person present at the table, individually or in installments, as long as there is at least one member. present asset. In the case of separate accounts at the same table, electronic invoices may be issued proportional to the number of members present.
  • Electronic invoices may be issued in the name of natural or legal persons other than those of il padrino membership members regardless of the type of chosen plan.

    THE QR CODE CANNOT BE DELIVERED, ASSIGNED, OR LOANED TO ANYONE SO THAT THE BENEFITS ARE APPLIED, NOR TO FAMILY MEMBERS SUCH AS SPOUSES OR CHILDREN.
  • The Administration of Restaurantes iL Padrino, will be authorized and empowered to cancel the client's membership, in the event of any breach or disrespect of the conditions set for the use of the service, as well as in the event of any inappropriate conduct that may -in any way- affect the good restaurant image.
  • The application of benefits or discounts are NOT cumulative. As there are one or more memberships at the same table with different benefits, only one of them may be applied at the client's choice to the account(s) of the same table.
  • Menu prices (official menu at www.ilpadrinocr.com) can be modified at any time by the administration, without prior notice to users of the membership program.
  • The annual fee or the membership renewal cost can be modified at any time by the administration, which will only affect new members or renewals.
  • In no branch of the Il Padrino restaurants is the corkage service provided.
  • For your convenience, we suggest you book before visiting any branch of the il padrino restaurants, the use of the membership is subject to the availability of free tables.
  • The administration cannot guarantee the availability of free tables every time that members wish to attend one of the branches of the il padrino restaurants.
  • To apply the discount, you must consume at least ONE PLATE PER PERSON.As dishes they are considered: Starters, salads, focaccias, pastas, specialties, main courses, pizza and calzone. Desserts will NOT be considered as dishes, however they are subject to the discount when applicable. In the case of Pizzas, Focaccia and Calzone, which have a special condition as they have different sizes, the following values will be granted: The medium size is equivalent to 1 (one) plate, the large size is equivalent to 2 (two) plates.
  • For corporate sales, you can write or call customer service to consult any packages or promotions.
  • ReturnsIn no case will the cost of the membership be refunded after it has been used, and only in those cases that are provided for by law.In the event that it has not been used and you want a refund of the cost of the membership, you must request it by email to lnavarra2@gmail.com. The refund of the money will be made to the same card with which the purchase was made.
  • Benefits of Membership does not apply to:
    • Lunch of the day or brunch menu and dessert list
    • House wine in its different presentations, glass, half a liter, liter among others
    • Extra ingredients, considered as ingredients not present in the original recipe of the dish and/or drink
    • Food or drinks not present in the food and drink menus of the il Padrino Restaurants (official digital menu at www.ilpadrinocr.com) here in after classified as  “ special dish or drink “
    • Dishes and/or drinks shared or ordered in 2 or more dishes and/or glasses
    • Half portions
    • Special days (Father's Day, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, restaurant closing days, among others)
    • Events with arranged menu or SPECIAL EVENTS
    • The VIP Lounge of the iL Padrino Rorhmoser branch
    • With other promotions

Gift Certificate Regulations

Users of the il padrino restaurant membership application can give or receive digital gift certificates.

In order to exchange or buy gift certificates, it is essential to download the IL PADRINO application in the virtual stores GOOGLE PLAY, APP STORE or APP GALLERY, or from our website https://ilpadrinocr.com/memberesias-ilpadrino/ and register at any of the available plans.

The purchase process will be carried out through a payment gateway integrated into the same il padrino restaurant membership application.

To redeem the certificates, the salon owner must be notified in advance that a certificate will be used and the QR code shown.

Certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue.

Certificates are cumulative, users can change more than one certificate at a time and apply them to the same account.

The certificates are non-refundable and single-use, if you consume less than the value, you will NOT be refunded the difference, the credit cannot be used in parts and applied to different visits.

If the amount of the invoice will be higher than the amount of the gift certificate, the customer will have to pay the difference.

Gift certificates can be applied for table service and take-out orders, however, they CANNOT be redeemed for purchases on digital platforms and express service.

When using gift certificates to pay for table service, the benefit corresponding to the subscribed membership plan may be applied.

If gift certificates are used to pay for takeout orders, you are reminded that the membership benefit will not be applied, regardless of the plan, as expressly indicated in point eleven (11) of this document.

Digital gift certificates can be redeemed at any branch of Il Padrino restaurants and without date restrictions.

 

Recharge Regulations

Through the recharge function, money deposits can be made to users of the application through the payment gateway integrated into the app.

It is essential to know the ID or email number with which the beneficiary has registered for the Il Padrino Memberships application.

An automatic email system will be responsible for notifying the issuer, as well as the beneficiary, of the correct delivery of the recharge.

Those who have a balance of recharges in their favor can use them to cancel the restaurant accounts by telling the waiters before requesting the account. If the invoice amount is greater than the available balance, the difference will have to be paid, otherwise, if the consumption invoice is less than the balance, the difference in favor of the customer will be available for successive purchases.

The available credit can be view at any time by pressing the “MEMBERSHIP” button on the main app screen.

 

Allied Business Regulations

The allied businesses section includes a series of businesses that offer Il Padrino Membership members a special benefit when presenting credentials through the IL PADRINO MEMBERSHIP app.

The il padrino restaurant WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any cancellation, refund or chargeback of a Member, resulting either from service below usual standards, from failure to comply with the Agreement, or from the conduct of or its agents and /or employees of allied commerce.

 

Loyalty Plan Regulations

The Memberships il padrino application offers its members a loyalty plan that can be found in the “Points” button located on the main screen of the App.

When you press the button, a window is displayed that will indicate the number of visits, the number of points, the “status” (that is, the level of membership) and a description of each level, the goal to be achieved and its benefit.

With each visit, points are accumulated that are equivalent to the amount of discounts granted on each purchase.

It is important to mention that every 12 months from registration to the app, the points will return to zero, so users have 12 months of time to achieve their goals. Upon expiration of the 12 months, they will have the possibility of accumulating points again starting from scratch.

Every time a level is reached, the prize is automatically awarded, and the status is also changed.

  • La información brindada por el cliente, es y será de uso confidencial y será tratada por il padrino y sus contratistas de acuerdo a la legislación vigente.
  • El cliente tendrá “siempre” la facultad de DESINCRIBIRSE de la membresía, en el momento que así lo desee.
  • Los planes de Membresía Anual serán los siguientes:

  • Para poder hacer efectivos los beneficios, para TODOS los niveles de las membresías, es indispensable bajar la aplicación de IL PADRINO en las tiendas virtuales GOOGLEPLAY, APPSTORE o APPGALERY, o bien de nuestra pagina web ilpadrino.plancr.com/membresias, al registrarse en la misma, se les asignará un código QR que en adelante deberá de presentar OBLIGATORIAMENTE en cada visita, a los meseros/as de los restaurantes il padrino.
  • Los beneficios otorgados por la membresía se aplicarán durante los horarios habituales de los restaurantes y con las restricciones indicadas en este documento, de la siguiente forma:Membresías Plata:
    • De Lunes a Domingo el descuento se aplicará exclusivamente a los alimentos

    Con las excepciones y restricciones indicadas en este documento. La membresía PLATA NO tiene costo alguno, se puede disfrutar con solo bajar la aplicación y registrarse.Membresías Oro:

    • De Lunes a Domingo el descuento se aplicará exclusivamente a los alimentos

    Con las excepciones y restricciones indicadas en este documento. La membresía  OROse podrá adquirir por medio de la plataforma de pago de la aplicación con tarjetas de crédito o débito de TODAS LAS ENTIDADES FINANCIERAS y la cuenta del restaurante se podrá cancelar con tarjetas de crédito o débito de TODAS LAS ENTIDADES FINANCIERAS.Membresía Rubi:

    • De Lunes a Domingo el descuento se aplicará exclusivamente a los alimentos

    Con las excepciones y restricciones indicadas en este documento. La membresía Rubi se podrá adquirir al precio especial de 75$ por medio de la plataforma de pago de la aplicación SOLO Y EXCLUSIVAMENTE con tarjetas de crédito o débito de la entidad financiera BAC CREDOMATIC,además,la cuenta del restaurante se podrá cancelar solo y exclusivamente con tarjetas de crédito o débito de de la entidad financiera BAC CREDOMATIC.

  • Los Beneficios de la membresía son de uso personal, no corporativos, y como tal, NO podrán ser transferidos, prestados o cedidos. Solo se aceptarán registros de personas físicas no se permitirá el registro de personas jurídicas.
  • La Administración de Restaurante iL Padrino, estará facultada para solicitar al cliente la presentación su cédula de identidad en bueno estado y vigente, como parte de la validación requerida para la aplicación de los beneficios al titular de la membresía.
  • Para la aplicación de los beneficios, es indispensable que el cliente de aviso a nuestro personal de que hará uso de su membresía, y que tal aviso se comunique “antes de solicitar su cuenta”, caso contrario, sin ese aviso previo, el descuento podría NO ser aplicado.
  • La aplicación de los beneficios por la membresía, aplica SÓLO Y EXCLUSIVAMENTE para el servicio en mesa; NO aplica para menú ejecutivo(almuerzo), menú brunch, el servicio exprés, otras promociones, para llevar o en compras mediante plataformas digitales: ( ubereats, didi food, pedidos ya, entre otros).
  • La cuenta de consumo de alimentos y bebidas en los restaurantes il padrino puede ser pagada de forma individual o fraccionada, además de poder ser cancelada por cualquier persona presente en la mesa, en forma individual o fraccionada, siempre y cuando haya por lo menos un socio activo presente. En el caso de cuentas separadas en una misma mesa, se podrán emitir facturas electrónicas proporcionales a la cantidad de socios presentes.
  • Las facturas electrónicas podrán ser emitidas a nombre de personas físicas o jurídicas diferente a las de los socios de membresías il padrino independientemente del tipo de plan elegido.

    ES INDISPENSABLE PARA LA APLICACIÓN DE LOS BENEFICIOS QUE EL SOCIO NOMINAL DE LA MEMBRESIA ESTE PRESENTE EN EL RESTAURANTE.

    EL CÓDIGO QR NO PUEDE SER ENTREGADO, CEDIDO, PRESTADO A NINGUNA PERSONA PARA QUE SE LES APLIQUEN LOS BENEFICIOS, TAMPOCO A FAMILIARES COMO ESPOSAS/OS O HIJOS/AS.

  • La Administración de Restaurantes iL Padrino, estará autorizada y facultada para cancelar la membresía del cliente, ante cualquier incumplimiento o irrespeto de las condiciones fijadas para el uso del servicio, así como también ante cualquier conducta inapropiada que pueda -de cualquier manera- afectar la buena imagen de los restaurantes.
  • La aplicación de beneficios o descuentos NO son acumulables. Al haber una o más membresías en la misma mesa con beneficios diferentes, se podrá aplicar solo una de ellas a elección del cliente para la o las cuentas de la misma mesa.
  • Los precios del menú (menú oficial en wwww.ilpadrinocr.com) pueden ser modificados en cualquier momento por la administración, sin deber de aviso previo a los usuarios del programa de membresía.
  • El costo anual, o el costo de renovación de la membresía puede ser modificado en cualquier momento por la administración, lo cual afectara solamente a los nuevos miembros o renovaciones.
  • En ninguna sucursal de los restaurantes il padrino se brinda el servicio de descorche
  • Por su comodidad les sugerimos reservar antes de visitar cualquier sucursal de los restaurantes il padrino, la utilización de la membresía está sujeta a la disponibilidad de mesas libres.
  • La administración no puede garantizar la disponibilidad de mesas libres en cada ocasión que los miembros deseen asistir a una de las sucursales de los restaurantes il padrino.
  • Para aplicar el descuento se debe consumir como mínimo UN PLATO POR PERSONA.Como platos se consideran: entradas, ensaladas, focaccias, pastas, especialidades, platos fuertes, pizza y calzone. Los postres NO serán considerados como platos, sin embargo están sujetos al descuento cuando aplique. En el caso de las Pizzas ,Focaccia y Calzone ,que tienen una condición especial al tener diferentes tamaños, se le otorgaran los siguientes valores: El tamaño mediano es equivalente a 1 (un) plato , el tamaño grande es equivalente a 2(dos) platos .
  • Para ventas corporativas, puede escribir o llamar al servicio al cliente para consultar eventuales paquetes o promociones.
  • DevolucionesEn ningún caso se hará devolución del costo de la membresía después de que haya sido utilizada, y únicamente en aquellos casos que así lo prevé la ley.En el caso que no haya sido utilizada y se desea el reembolso del costo de la membresía , se debe solicitar por medio de un correo electrónico a lnavarra2@gmail.com. La devolución del dinero se hará a la misma tarjeta con que se hizo la compra.
  • Los beneficios de la membresía No se aplican en:
    • Menú ejecutivo almuerzo
    • Menú de Brunch y postres
    • Vino de la casa en sus diferentes presentaciones, copa,medio litro,litro entre otros
    • Ingredientes extras, contemplados como ingredientes no presentes en la receta original del plato y/o bebida
    • Comida o bebidas no presente en los menús de alimentos y bebidas de los Restaurantes il Padrino (menú digital oficial en www.ilpadrinocr.com) En adelante clasificados como” platos y/o bebidas especiales “
    • Platos y/o bebidas compartidas o pedidas en 2 o más platos y/o copas
    • Medias porciones
    • Días especiales (día del padre, día de la madre, San Valentín, días de cierre de los restaurantes, entre otros)
    • Eventos con menú concertado o EVENTOS ESPECIALES
    • La Sala VIP de la sucursal de iL Padrino Rorhmoser
    • Con otras promociones

Reglamento Certificados de Regalos

Los usuarios de la aplicación membresías restaurante il padrino pueden regalar o recibir certificados de regalos digitales.

Para poder cambiar o comprar los certificados regalo es indispensable bajar la aplicación de IL PADRINO en las tiendas virtuales GOOGLEPLAY, APPSTORE o APPGALERY, o bien de nuestra pagina web https://ilpadrino.plancr.com/membresias/ y registrarse a cualquiera de los planes disponibles.

El proceso de compra se efectuará por medio de pasarela de pago integrada en la misma aplicación membresías restaurantes il padrino.

Para redimir los certificados se deberá de avisar con antelación al salonero que se utilizará un certificado y enseñar el código QR del mismo.

Los certificados tienen una vigencia de un año a partir de la fecha de emisión.

Los certificados son acumulables , los usuarios pueden cambiar más de un certificado a la vez y aplicarlos a la misma cuenta.

Los certificados no son reembolsables y de un solo uso , si se consume menos del valor, NO se les estará devolviendo la diferencia , NO se podrá utilizar en partes el crédito y aplicarlos en diferentes visitas .

Si el monto de la factura será superior al monto del certificado regalo el cliente tendrá que pagar la diferencia.

Los certificados regalo se podrán aplicar para servicio en mesa y para ordenes para llevar, por lo contrario, NO se podrán redimir por compras en plataformas digitales , y servicio express.

Al utilizar los certificados de regalo para pagar el servicio en mesa , se le podrá aplicar el beneficio correspondiente al plan de membresía suscrito.

Si los certificados de regalos se utilizan para pagar órdenes para llevar, se les recuerda que no se le aplicará el beneficio de la membresía, independientemente del plan, como indica expresamente el punto once (11) de este documento.

Los certificados regalos digitales podrán ser canjeados en cualquier sucursal de los restaurantes il padrino y sin restricción de fecha.

Reglamento Recargas

Por medio de la función de recargas , se podrán hacer depósitos de dinero  a usuarios de la aplicación por medio de la pasarela de pago integrada en la app, es indispensable conocer el número de cédula o correo con el cual el beneficiario se ha inscrito a la aplicación Membresías il Padrino.

Un sistema de correos automáticos se encargará de notificar al emisor ,cuanto al beneficiario ,de la corretta entrega de la recarga.

Los que tengan saldo de recargas a favor, los podrán utilizar para cancelar las cuentas del restaurante indicando a los saloneros antes de solicitar la cuenta.

Si el monto de la factura es mayor al saldo disponible, se tendrá que pagar la diferencia , de lo contrario, si la factura de consumo es inferior al saldo , la diferencia a favor del cliente quedará disponible para compras sucesivas.

El crédito disponible se puede visualizar en cualquier momento presionando el botón de “MEMBRESÍA” en la pantalla principal de app.

Reglamento Comercios Aliados

La sección de comercios aliados , incluye una serie de comercios que ofrecen a los socios de la Membresía il Padrino, un beneficio especial al presentar las credenciales por medio de la app MEMBRESÍAS IL PADRINO.

El restaurante il padrino NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE de cualquier anulación, reembolso o contra cargo de un Socio, resultante ya sea de un servicio por debajo de los estándares habituales, de la falta de cumplimiento del Acuerdo, o de la conducta de o de sus agentes y/o empleados del comercio aliado.

Reglamento Plan de Lealtad

La aplicación Membresías il padrino , ofrece a sus socios un plan de lealtad que podrá encontrar en el botón de “Puntos”  situado en la pantalla principal de la App.

Al presionar el botón se despliega una ventana que le va a indicar las cantidades de visitas , las cantidades de puntos, el “estatus”(osea el nivel de pertenencia ) y una descripción de cada nivel , la meta a lograr y su beneficio.

Con cada visita , se acumulan puntos que son equivalentes al  monto de descuentos otorgado en cada compra . 

Es importante mencionar que cada 12 meses a partir de la inscripción a la app , los puntos volverán en cero , así que los usuarios tienen 12 meses de tiempo para lograr alcanzar sus metas. Al vencer los 12 meses , tendrán la posibilidad de volver a acumular puntos iniciando de cero.

Cada vez que se alcanza un nivel , se otorga automáticamente el premio, y además se cambia de estatus.

Se les otorgará un plazo hasta los 25 de cada mes para solicitar la factura electrónica, a partir del día 26 de cada mes , al no recibir expresa solicitud, se emitirán tiquetes electrónicos de compras sin nombres.
